为战‘疫’贡献一份力量是企业公民应尽的社会责任和义务。积极履行企业社会责任，服务社会、奉献社会，用实际行动传递企业人文关怀，是火凤凰一贯坚持的价值取向。2020年2月19日，火凤凰国际艺术品物流有限公司副总经理王洪伟带领团队一行来到武汉协和医院西院，特向医院捐赠一批防疫物资。同时，火凤凰利用公司通关优势义务协助中粮集团办理疫区居民生活必需品进出口手续等，联合中国文物交流中心向湖北省荆州市政府捐赠一批防疫物资。

To actively fulfill corporate social responsibility, to serve the society, to contribute to the society, and to convey corporate humanistic care through practical actions is the value orientation that Red Phoenix has always adhered to. On February 19, 2020, Wang Hongwei, deputy general manager of Red Phoenix International Artwork Logistics Co., Ltd. led the team to the West Hospital of Wuhan Union Medical College to donate a batch of epidemic prevention materials to the hospital. At the same time, Red Phoenix took advantage of its customs clearance advantages to assist COFCO in handling the import and export formalities of daily necessities for residents in the epidemic areas, and donated a batch of epidemic prevention materials to the Jingzhou Municipal Government of Hubei Province in conjunction with the China Cultural Relics Exchange Center.

火凤凰长期致力于环境保护的管理，于2017年9月通过ISO14001国际环保认证，借着全面环境管理系统的建立来推动环保工作，在包装开发、全链接运输时即纳入环保设计的考虑，利用整体的环境评估、广泛的法规查核、全厂原物料及化学物质使用状况的清查、能源资源使用状况及环境设施的安全调查，全面而深入的探讨现行的各项活动可能造成的环境冲击，以作为管理阶层制订环境政策、设立环境管理方案的依据，使火凤凰环境保护系统能持续有效的运作，减少对环境的冲击。

Red Phoenix has been committed to the management of environmental protection for a long time. In September 2017, it passed the ISO14001 international environmental protection certification and promoted the environmental protection work through the establishment of a comprehensive environmental management system. The environmental protection design was taken into consideration in the packaging development and full link transportation. The overall environmental assessment, extensive laws and regulations audit, the inventory of the use of raw materials and chemical substances in the whole plant, and the safety investigation of  the use status of energy resources and environmental facilities were used for a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the potential environmental impact of current activities, in order to serve as the basis for the management to formulate environmental policies and establish environmental management programs, so that the Red Phoenix environmental protection system can continue to operate effectively and reduce the impact on the environment.
